We chose Pure Electric, after considering a number of companies, to supply a Solar PV system, split systems and a Sanden hot water system. We originally considered Pure Electric based on articles and advertisements in Sanctuary Magazine. We worked with Pure Electric over a number of months while the construction of our house was completed. In the end, Pure Electric supplied the Solar PV system (Fronius Symo inverter with Sunpower panels) and a Sanden 315L hot water system. Pure Electric's customer service was great - they were very responsive, easy to contact and very accommodating in dealing with the vagaries of our builder's construction schedule. Once hand over of the house had completed, they quickly arranged and carried out installation and commissioning of the systems including the interactions required with our electricity wholesaler and retailer. Great service, competitive pricing and we would be happy to use them again.
