Over December and January 2024, Pure Electric installed a Sanden Eco Hot Water System, 2x Daikin Split Systems and a Rooftop Solar System for me. From my initial phone call to Matt for a solar system, the whole process has been really quick and totally efficient.I then dealt with Tom, who was very helpful in putting together the most efficient plan for me to implement not only the solar system but also the efficient heating and cooling, given that I had infloor slab heating. As someone who is not a tech savvy, I needed a considerable amount of help to navigate all that needed to be done. Tom was patient, supportive and very knowledgeable about all aspects and answered all my numerous questions. All the installations were scheduled and adjusted to meet all my requests.From day 1 for the first delivery of all high-quality materials to professional and prompt installations, the whole process has been absolutely exemplary. Everyone I have dealt with, from Julian the plumber and his assistant, Marko the electrician and his team, Craig the solar installer and Paul the solar expert to Jane the operator, has been very courteous, helpful and totally efficient.I have also contacted with Tom post installation and received a prompt response to my queries with all helpful advices. Pure Electric supplied a Sanden hot water system on time. It's worked well in the two years we've used it. It's never run out of hot water (with up to 4 people in the house), it is pretty quiet during operation, and it seems to be very cheap to run.

Unfortunately it was a difficult process to have our hot water service fixed. There was no one in our area who could fix it within a week. It took three days to convince Pure Electric that we could fix it ourselves being licensed electricians. When we did receive a replacement part the process took about 40 minutes.




Pure Electric organised and installed our solar panels, heat pump and air conditioning. Their design advice before we decided our system was excellent and the installation went very smoothly. And it all works as it should. Thank you Pure Electric.

Pure Electric installed our rooftop solar system in January this year. It was a quick and efficient installation despite some obstacles. Since then they have been very responsive to any questions I send their way. I would recommend Pure Electric to anyone who is looking to have a solar system installed.

Over six years ago, I decided to replace Ducted Gas heating, Gas Cooktop, and Gas boosted solar hot water.Careful research led me to Pure-Electric.I got good, honest and accurate advice, and subsequently installed a Sanden Heat Pump HWS, and a Daikin Reverse-Cycle Air Conditioning (split) system.I immediately ditched my gas service and have not looked back since. Costs are down, all have been working efficiently and without issues for these past six years.




I won’t go into the commercial specifics of our case but we had a serious issue with our Sanden hot water heat pump (which we love due to its efficiency and quietness) and Matt and his crew were not the original installation organisation. We had been told we had few (expensive) options to rectify the issue but on contacting Pure Electric, they immediately advocated to Sanden on our behalf and got them appraised of our situation. Sanden did the right thing by all parties (which is why we would buy again without hesitation) and Pure Electric then organised a local installer. It is a true test of a company’s ethos and culture when they take someone out of the blue that has one of the products they support - and take that person on as though they has been a customer from Day 1. We cannot speak highly enough of that support!

Mathew talked me though a factory reset over the phone with clear, simple instructions and even asked for me to let him know after a period of time that it was still working so that he knew he had resolved the issue. Paul was extremely helpful and thorough in discussing our needs and slightly tricky installation requirements and the plumbing installer was excellent - quick, helpful, thorough and even cleaned up after his work!!! And all with a commitment to trying to do our bit to save this planet for which we are mutually responsible.




It was great dealing with pure electric. Their process was very streamlined and transparent.After accepting the quote and paying the deposit, the install date came soon after.The trades chosen to complete the install were both extremely professional, neat and friendly. The install went very well. So far the Sanden has been exceptional.
