Bought Sanden Eco Heat Heat Hot Water heater in December 2021. Six months of use mostly on solar, only 400kWh increase in imports. Great service and installation from Pure Electric. Didn’t realise how much gas our old hot water heater used. Use almost no gas now. Very happy.

I contacted three solar companies about a rooftop solar system. Pure electric were by far the most responsive with quick answers to my questions and updating our systems and quote with any particular things that I wanted. They gave me a number of options, selected what I wanted. Installation was scheduled and occured quickly and the system has worked faultlessly. I am very happy with how it all went and highly recommend Pure Electric and Matthew Wright. I have even have contact with them regarding FIT's and retailers post installation and they have been very happy to offer advice. Glad I bit the bullet and went ahead.. no regrets

We've had our heat pump water heater for a few years now, but have been a little lazy with the recommended (and quite simple) maintenance schedule of using the pressure release valves. As such, our water heater turned itself off - with Paul to the rescue! A quick phone call led to polite and clear instructions which got everything back on board again. Having someone so accessible and helpful for support is a MAJOR consideration for any significant purchase, and Paul certainly rates 5 stars.

I had a long discussion with "Paul" of Pure Electric and I was given some excellent advice on how to pick the right split system air conditioning system for my specific circumstances. I contacted Pure Electric with the intention of buying a specific brand & model of air conditioner looking at reliability, energy efficiency and costs in order to make my choice. The advice that I was given helped me to decide which air conditioner I was going to buy.

Matthew generously helped with information to reprogram a heat pump bought from another supplier. I had previously bought excellent low-flow shower heads from Pure Electric.

We have an unusual water system which leaves most plumbers baffled but the guys at Pure Electric were able to get it sorted with no problems at all. Efficient, knowledgeable and great customer service. Highly recommend

I ordered a Sanden Heat Pump install from Pure Electric after researching that it is a very stable, efficient and quality heat pump. Pure Electric is one of the few companies that supply and install them and they are experts as well. Matthew was very patient with my questions and the installation went smoothly with a very friendly plumber and electrician who teed up nicely to finish the job on the same day. Matthew was also happy to guide me through setting the block out times on the heat pump so that we can maximise the solar energy to heat the water. Great service from a great company. Thank you!

When it came time for installation, the great communication continued and I knew exactly what to expect. The quality of the plumbing and electrical work was great (I am very fussy).

Once the Sanden 315 hot water system was installed, I had to double check it was operating since it was so quiet. The water is perfectly hot and because it was electrically connected to operate when it needs to, I expect we won't be running out of hot water anytime soon.

Very happy with my newly installed Sanden Heat Pump. It's so quiet and energy efficient. I had it programmed to run during the day to utilise my solar panels. My energy usage has reduced by at least 60% without hurting my solar export much at all. Pure Electric was easy to deal with from quotation to installation. Thanks guys.
